Centek was formed in May 2001. Our objective was to bring innovation to the centraliser Industry. The Centek S2 single piece centraliser was a result of this innovation.

Centek specialises in delivering innovation, design and engineering expertise to the Upstream Oil and Gas industry. We design specialist oilfield equipment primarily suited, but not restricted to, highly deviated extended reach wells. Read more >>

Centek Centralisers
The basic design of a standard bow spring centraliser has largely remained unchanged for over 40 years. This was due to well geometry being mostly vertical in design. As technology and well geometry changed the demand placed upon a centraliser also changed. No longer were wells vertical but inclination and azimuth were now included. This resultant bend and twist of tubulars resulted in more severe radial loads being applied to the centraliser. Read more >>

April 2009 : Centek wins the Queen's Award for Innovation

Centek, the market leader in Oil and Gas Casing Centralizers, has won the Queen's Award for Enterprise 2009 for continuous product innovation and development over a five year period. In 2008 Centek also received the Queen's Award for the outstanding achievement in International Trade. read more>>

April 2009: Centek awarded for the 2nd time 4 year contract with a major Danish Company.

March 2009: 2nd laser installed which will increase our manufacturing capabilities. It has been fitted with a rotary cutter which allows the cutting of tubing and box section.

Mid 2008: Full Heat Treatment facilities purchased and installed.
